Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this Statement have the meaning given to them in the Website Terms and Conditions.
By using Checkmate.tech and continuing my submission on the Checkmate Online Reference Checking Software:
- I have read and understood, and agree to the Terms, in particular the Acceptable Use Policy outlined in Schedule 1 of the Terms;
- I authorize Checkmate Technology Limited (Checkmate) to disclose the information I provide to Checkmate’s Client for the purposes of assessing the candidates suitability for a vacancy, such information I provide may include verbal and written information about the candidate’s performance, professional demeanor, rehire potential, dates of employment, salary and employment history;
- I certify that the information I provide is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree that any omission and false or misleading statement may result in the rejection or the dismissal of the candidate. I agree to release Checkmate from any and all liability for damages arising from the disclosure of the information I provide; and
- I understand that Checkmate may collect information about me, and disclose such information to Checkmate’s Client, for the purposes of assessing the candidates suitability for a vacancy including but not be limited to, the IP (Internet Protocol) Address for which I access the system, my telephone number, email address, Linkedin profile, and my present and/or previous job title and description.
The personal information that I provide to Checkmate or that Checkmate collects will not be used publicly and will only be made available to Checkmate and their Client. All information is kept strictly confidential.
Should I have any questions or concerns, or disagree with the Terms and this Referee Consent Statement I will contact Checkmate directly via email at team@checkmate.tech without delay, and I will not continue using Checkmate.tech or continuing my submission on the Checkmate Online Reference Checking Software.
